Initiatives for Maintaining and Promoting Employee Health
We have implemented a company-wide no-smoking policy to create a workplace environment that prioritizes health management. To safeguard the health of our employees and their families, we have installed contactless thermometers within the company for infectious disease prevention, and we cover the costs of vaccinations and comprehensive medical check-ups. Additionally, we have initiated a program to provide healthy ingredients, such as vegetables and fruits, to employees with partial financial support from the company. These efforts reflect our commitment to creating a safe and healthy workplace where employees can work with peace of mind.
