Summary
Problem to be solved: To provide a technique to suppress the formation of precipitates formed when water-soluble proteins such as collagen are mixed with plant polyphenol in a liquid such as a drink or a cosmetic product containing water as a main solvent.
Solution: The liquid composition is obtained by mixing water, plant polyphenols, water-soluble proteins, and an aggregation/precipitation inhibitor to suppress aggregation and/or precipitation of the plant polyphenol and water-soluble protein in the water, wherein the aggregation/precipitation inhibitor is xyloglucuronomannan having a main chain composed of α-1,3-mannose and D-xylose and D-glucuronic acid as side chains.
