(1) An eyelash cuticle lift-up inhibitor containing a polyamine composition derived from a plant or plant product as an active component.
(2) An eyelash quality improving agent containing a polyamine composition derived from a plant or plant product as an active component.
(3) An agent described in (1) or (2) above wherein said plant is rice germ.
(4) A cosmetic material for eyelashes containing any one of the agents described in (1) to (3) above.
(5) Eyelash cosmetics containing the cosmetic material for eyelashes described in (4) above.
