Raw Material
Rice bran (including the rice germ) are procured mainly from the Chubu and Hokuriku regions.
Extraction
The bran from which the oil was extracted (defatted bran) is used in feed and fertilizer.
Oil is extracted using our own worldwide patented low temperature extraction method (NEM).
Refining
The oil is refined through six rigorous processes.
Ceramide, tocotrienol, gamma-oryzanol, fatty acids, and other
by-products are formed during refinement.
Weighing and Packing
The oil is verified through many stringent quality control items, and only what has passed is weighed and packed. Only products that have passed the checks are shipped in Japan and overseas.
